Headman put our lights up in October. I offered them a check that day but they said they would contact us. A month later I received an email statement. Two days later I went to find the email so I could pay. It was gone. After searches still couldn’t find it have tried calling 10 times and left messages. Still no answer. I looked up their address in Paysin and sent a check for what I thought was the correct amount. Two months later it still hasn’t been cashed. I hear they like to send accounts to Collections! Their quality of work is great. IF you can ever get ahold of them each year to show up and put the lights up. They do not return phone calls no matter how many voicemails, emails or social media messages that you leave them

Horrible customer service! I paid Headman Christmas Lighting back in October to install lights and they still haven't shown up or refunded my payment.

My husband and I hired this company to install and remove Christmas lights. After many request to remove the lights after the holidays they finally sent an employee on March 7th. After beginning to remove the lights and deciding at some point he couldn't do it, he stopped and left strings of lights dangling from our roof. We emailed 3 times, called, and texted asking they fix the problem, and they ignored us. For several years I’ve wanted custom exterior lights but never felt like I could justify the purchase. Headman’s gave us the best quote. They were quick to install and their service has been beyond 5 stars. I had multiple people ask who did our lights, and some of them also used headman’s and have loved their service. I’m so glad I chose headman’s for my lights.
