Scam artists. Charged me full whack for a "brand new" phone, I was assured it was brand new. Gone to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker and it says "Now connected to James phone" my name isn't James. Rung them back, they're still assuring me it's brand new. Avoid. Will be chasing this up with Trading Standards. It's fraud.
