Highly recommend the team at Head2Toe Brunswick. I’ve been visiting Catherine the physio fortnightly for the last few months since I came across the clinic and she is exceptional. Originally helped with issues that were causing pain (with great results on treatment), terrific help with exercises to help with strength building with my key areas (through the physi app) & very personable. I’ve also just started the Clinical Pilates - and really appreciate the tailored program to help with my running goals.
Some one with less than one year experience did the session. I had bruised toe nails - and asked how to recover the nail bed, but she didn't know that word, and however much I explained she just did not get my question and told me again and again that the color of the nail will return normal again, which is not the answer for my question. They cut my toe nails - but the pinky toe still hurts because they cut it too much, and they are literally supposed to be the specialist in dealing this.
