Paid for 6 sessions of laser hair removal in March of 2022 for $756. Had one session done before they had a building fire in April of 2022. Still owed 5 sessions. Tried emailing and calling contact number, but no response from owner/admin. It has been closed for 10 months. Was looking to get my money back and go elsewhere. Walked passed the spa and building renovations looks as if they’re being held up. Maybe a possible insurance fraud, I don’t know. Rosa did my facial and massage and she is super professional and very very good at her profession.
Love this place! Destiny is amazing with eyelash extensions, I've had so many compliments with this and they made for great engagement photos, so happy! And Pauline rocks at every thing, just had a shellac manicure with her and really loved how they turned out, she is efficient but thorough :) Looking forward to booking a facial next and possibly a massage! Highly recommend.
My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon and decided to get hot stone massages from the best spa in New West. We were so well taken care of, Saiqa and Sandeep gave us the best massages we've had in years! They made us feel right at home and encouraged us relax in the lounge for a while before checking out. The front desk clerk however did not make us feel that same welcoming energy. Bought my partner a pedicure here a few years back and they forgot to add a paid for add on service. When I called their response was that they would add it on next time which in effect says the thing you paid for already can only be obtained if you pay us again for another full price service. Not thrilling.
