My experience with this store was pretty bad. I ordered a pair of dansko clogs in the store and I am now on week 4 of waiting for them to arrive. When I was in the store I heard another customer complaining of a delivery coming in late, so I should have thought twice. When calling to check up on the status of my shoes, I was always sweet as pie and yet I received attitude every time I called. The customer service here is awful. I called at 11 am on Tuesday 1/19/10 to ask if they had what I needed in stock and the woman kept sighing and acting like I was bothering her. She interrupted me 3 different times in the conversation. Even though they have what I need, information she seemingly begrudgingly gave me, I will not go there because she was so rude.
Completely opposite experience than the above. The woman was exceedingly helpful for my small order. She dropped what she was doing, patiently explained all of my options, kept in close touch with me via email and phone with updates as my order was being processed, and explained everything very well. This is what I expect from a place of business: Clarity, speed, reasonable prices, and professionalism. I dont remember if she smiled, and I actually dont care if she did or if she didnt.
