TOP FREAKING NOTCH! A visit to Lose Your Mind Head Spa is a MUST! Jen has a calming and genuine spirit but also knows how to laugh. She made me feel instantly welcome today by showing me a funny photo of a shadow on the wall. We got a good laugh out of it and that was probably the best way for me to start because I went in there very stressed. However, I did not leave that way. Just wow, incredible, more relaxing than a full body massage. Our head, neck and feet muscles are so neglected! Go treat yourself with one of the most relaxing/recovering massages ever Jen’s hands never stopped for the whole hour! Thank you, Jen!
This was a perfect self-care experience from beginning to end. It was super easy to book online, Jen greeted me in the building lobby (otherwise it would have been confusing trying to find the place) and totally personalized the entire experience. Highly recommended!

Ugh, LOVED it. Treated myself, and tried it out and it was worth it. Maya is wonderful, I was late to my appointment and she called me to check in on me, and give me advice on where to park and how to find it. The room is clean, really aesthetically calming, music isn’t annoying Maya explained the process, and really focused on my comfort and tailored the experience to me.
