I had my very first head spa treatment and it was wonderful! It was indeed one of the most relaxing experiences I have ever had! Ava did my treatment and I highly recommend her! It begins with a hair analysis which is interesting and revealing. Then the treatment begins. It started with warm water flowing over my head with the sound of a bubbling brook and soft music in the background. Then gentle but strong hands massaging my head, neck and shoulders, removing all tension from me! Wow! I felt truly pampered! Thank you Ava!
I hate to leave this review, but I feel like this was money not well spent. I had pretty high expectations because this place was so highly reviewed and who doesn’t love the idea of getting your head rubbed and scrubbed. My mom was visiting and wanted a spa day, so we decided to try the Bronze Lily because it had good reviews and side by side beds. Our experience was terrible! It seemed like it was the first head spa both providers had ever done. The room was small and cramped. The water was freezing cold, and they couldn’t get the water warmer because they were “having issues with the water because it was cold outside”. The one area I had concerns with wasn’t even touched.
