John took great care of me today, finding a new tire and installing it on the spot to get me on my way. Old school service, complete with a nice chat and a recommendation for a nearby lunch spot.
I went in for a bike fit and my bike is now soo smooth and comfortable! The level of service and expertise that John and Bonnie provided was amazing. I was in there for a few hours and they gave their undivided attention towards helping improve my bike set up - talk about great customer service! Thanks again for your patience and assistance :)
Walked in one day with a friend, killing time while our wives were at the flea market. (I'm on the lookout for an electric bike, so thought it might be a good chance to learn something...). As soon as we walked in, the person in the shop (owner?) asked what we needed. When we told him we were just killing time, he immediately brought up a relatively sensitive political issue as a point of conversation...not sure why...? One of the nicest bike shops I have been to. Came in on a Monday afternoon with a break problem and the owner took time out of his schedule to help us diagnose and fix it so that we could get on our way. Great selection of products in the shop and excellent knowledgeable and generous service at a great price. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a bike shop!
What a great little shop! Lovely people who fixed my bike on the spot when I got stranded far from home. They have a great selection of shiny things to look at while they're working. I observed them being just as nice to other customers as they were to me.
