I took a very old hardtail mtn bike in to see if John could tune up the shifting (it's just a garage trainer bike) I mostly ride trails on a full suspension. He made it run so nice I'll be taking it for road rides instead of just using it on the trainer. The old bike feels new! When I can get a new road bike I'll definetely shop there as they have some very tempting bikes for sale.
Went into Head Over Wheels for the first time the other day and was immediately struck by how helpful and personable John and Bonnie were. They run a great shop with great customer service and a great selection of accessories to boot. Will definitely be back.
If you ever need work on your bike while anywhere near Qualicum Beach....take your bike to John @ "Head Over Wheel" and he'll get you going...I brought a new bike in Calgary to ride out here on vacation....never took it out prior,..it was horrible to ride the handle bars were way too low....anyhow took it too John...fixed it up in 1 1/2hrs and was very reasonable....he knows his stuff....Thank you John!

Excellent customer service and very reasonable price! I brought my mountain bike in for servicing and John took the time when I dropped it off to really understand the adjustments I was looking for and the issues I was having. He had the job done way faster than I expected and did a very thorough walk through of the work he did. I was actually surprised at how little it cost. Thanks for the great service!
