Prepare yourself for an acid trip of lag and latency if you dare try to play any sort of online game with this internet. You won’t have any luck ever. You can buy any type of hardware you want and nothing will happen. The only change you will ever get with this internet is going from 0.001 kbps to straight up 0

My family has used this WiFi for about 3 years now and it has NEVER been usable. We’ve had to switch our data plan to an unlimited plan so we’d actually be able to use our phones. If you live anywhere in the country, make sure to set this WiFi as your last resort. Check ALL other internet providers available to you before even considering onalot. Although it’s unlimited and uncapped, it’s literally unusable unless you’re willing to stay up from 2am-7am. Laptops.. game consoles.. mobiles phones.. all unusable.

At first the internet was okay, they charge almost $50 a month and 75% of the time IT DOES NOT WORK. it cuts out on and off. When we call for info on it, they say "Oh there's nothing we can do about it, sorry". Doing online college I missed quite a few exams because their crappy internet wasn't working. If we got refunded every time the internet didn't work, wed be paying $30 a month. If theres other providers, go for them instead. Sadly where I live, they are the only one. I rate two stars because it is better than nothing.

The best for rural areas...I've used them around 5 yrs and totally satisfied.. Maybe offline 2-3 days a month but call John and he will bust his butt to fix it...

I have had enough of this company’s attitude and poor reliability in their equipment. I have very limited options for Internet where I live but a mobile hotspot is more reliable than their service and John is consistently one of the rudest individuals I have ever met. If I had not prepaid for a year they would have already lost my business.
