Excellent technology, caring and knowledgeable staff.
Received unsolicited letter with outdated personal information. Never heard of them. No idea where they obtained information.
Received unsolicited letter from Avantax stating "Account information reference sheet." Attempted for over 20 minutes to contact them by phone (2 different #'s) to discuss the letter. Could not talk to anyone. As I do not recall having an account with them. I must assume this must be a SCAM. If you call a company and can't talk to a human being, go somewhere else. SCAM?
