Very unprofessional - they misplaced their original receipt while I was using their layaway plan. Their receipt list the item number that is needed for the furniture I m paying for. My receipt did not have the item number on it, so I had to browse through books again and pickout the mdse. that I had on layaway. Once I picked it out, was told that it was an additional \$125 because they didn t have the sku/item no. to confirm that was the item I had on layaway.
