Very unorganized company. Had no onboarding and then was put into meetings for things I never supported. Never saw or did what I was actually hired for.
Leadership operates with a total lack of ethics. Contracts look attractive, but staffing is abysmal and comes with inexperienced employees and management. Teams literally learn on the job and year one to two are laden with missed SLA’s and less than optimal results. Companies who do business with HCL must retain staffing of their own as SME’s to train, steer and manage HCL employees (obliterating the savings from the outsourcing contract).
