I had a Follow up Zoom appointment with doctor EmmaSwingle. She’s a very busy doctor but she’s very thorough and knowledgeable and I appreciate her attention to detail. She moves fast but she’s careful and that means the most. I felt that her observation even over Zoom was thorough and it was clear that she had followed up on my urgent care visit and had read the doctor’s notes and considered the medication’s they prescribed for me. I didn’t like my doctor since she was not focus much of a patient (myself) while I was talking with her and seemed was not enjoying what she does there. Maybe, she has bad day, but her assistant was not looked happy working with her as well. When I was existing my exam, I said “thank you! and nice meeting you”; however, she didn’t even look at me :(
Doctor Chen is a very caring doctor.
