Tru - Loss Nutrition: Horrible customer Service!!! Talked with Eric the supervisor and he would not accept my explanation. I signed up with this company for a sample and sure enough, it was the old "Bait and Switch." They took my sample request and turned it into a $90+ a month subscription order without my authorization. When I called to let them know that i had not ever ordered a subscription and wanted my money refunded, they refused! Buyer beware!!!! This company seems like a scam to me!
