I went last week to ask for information on the documentation I needed to sell my mobile home. The wait wasn’t long, and the person who helped me was very kind and professional. She was very patient as she answered all my questions. She gave me all the documents I needed for the sale and informed me of all the processes to follow; I think it is worth recognizing the person who helped me. Her name is Yolanda. I am very grateful for all the information she gave me and her kindness.

Called 10 times today regarding a Mobile Home re-roof permit in Huntington Beach, and NEVER received a return call. Phone goes directly to voicemail, left messages. No help at all! Trying again tomorrow 😡

They made an error on the job permit - I must return there's no room in the place it takes hours to drive then wait inside now I must return be ready to pay for parking and the errors should not happen

Worst customer service in that building!!! Also they pick and choose who they want enforced the rules in properties

Last friday I had to visit this office. While sitting and waiting to be helped I notice a asian lady being really polite and helpful to a customer who can't speak english well. He look very confused. She opened the door for him, and went in front of the counter and her and her coworker help him with his documents. Before she left I thank the lady, she says she's just doing her job. Later I find that shes the manager. I feel better when I see such helpful government workers...Keep it up!
