Crazy when there is no competition in this industry, some of these govt. workers just don't care to give good customer service or return calls. At least inspector Bill Simmons has a good head on his shoulders, why can't others?

No entiendo como pueden tener este tito de personal en esta oficina les preguntas algo y te contestal ala defenciba son muy despotas en la forma de contestar y no entiendo por q tardan tanto en someter un cambio de titulo pesimo servicio

This office is the worst! I went and was left waiting for over 2 hours because the girl at the permits window wrote that she had already helped me. I was skipped and skipped and skipped and when I went up to the window to see why pole that got there after me were already seen and gone I was told I was already called. The girl wrote that she had already called me and went to lunch. Un apologetic just a whatever. Every time I have gone to this office it’s something… horrible service.
