This office is the worst! I went and was left waiting for over 2 hours because the girl at the permits window wrote that she had already helped me. I was skipped and skipped and skipped and when I went up to the window to see why pole that got there after me were already seen and gone I was told I was already called. The girl wrote that she had already called me and went to lunch. Un apologetic just a whatever. Every time I have gone to this office it’s something… horrible service.

I went last week to ask for information on the documentation I needed to sell my mobile home. The wait wasn’t long, and the person who helped me was very kind and professional. She was very patient as she answered all my questions. She gave me all the documents I needed for the sale and informed me of all the processes to follow; I think it is worth recognizing the person who helped me. Her name is Yolanda. I am very grateful for all the information she gave me and her kindness.
