I cannot tell you how ridiculous their administrative and billing department is. From start to finish, this facility and their staff have exhibited nothing but laziness and ineptness. We are STILL dealing with billing, bills never actually sent but forwarded to collections (and when I spoke with customer service she said it happens all the time), from a baby born in OCTOBER. I’ve been seeing this practice for the last 2 years. Dr. Sara Owens office.Yet today I was handle was such level of racism that I haven’t dealt with in years. 2 white women ahead of me was handled with a great level of care. However, I have 3 insurance coverage I know are on file...and was given the run around for 30 minutes. I will not be back.

RecommendedThey diagnosed something that sacred heart missed. Visitors weren’t allowed when I went (thanks COVID) but the staff was super friendly and made my time there a little more enjoyable.
