My Dad passed way from COVID-19 on July 15 2020 and they haven’t given us his personal belongings and evertime we call they give us a attitude or hang up the phone on us all we wants is he personal belongings that all 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ they are So unprofessional

This hospital sucks brought here by ambulance unconscious. On Sat now it’s Weds having been waiting since Sunday to get mri done, just got it done this morning after I said I was calling my health insurance. They get results start meds but then forget to have cardiologist see me to star meds for high heart beat , which I’ve had seen I’ve been here. I had to have an emergent surgery a couple of weeks ago, during a pandemic, needless to say I was petrified. I wasn’t allowed to have anyone with me before or after surgery (due to COVID restrictions) which made it even more nerve racking but every single person from check in staff, every nurse, anesthesia❤️, the folks that came throughout the night to take my blood (for labs), the food services, every single one of you were so amazing, caring and compassionate towards me, I can never THANK YOU enough!!
Failed to deliver Basic care during my ER hospitalization. No Physical Exam was performed by the doctor. Ordered unnecessary test, charged for medication that was not delivered.
