They can’t even get an IV in right! We’ve been here for 2 hours and we are no better off. Could use some help at Hendersville Hospital Emergency room.

I use to rave about this hospital. I understand covid19 however the experience the last few times has not been so great . Check in today was horrible. The check in person spoke poor English and I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. She was focused on the checklist, and I get it, and I was asked what I had already told her. It was for my Mom who was struggling to breath. She completed both forms and then we were allowed to enter after the screening. I was told to take her over to the right and I needed a pass. RecommendedExcellent patient care BUT the billing departments are a nightmare!! They did not bill our 2 insurance companies, did not correct their billing code error and proceeded to send the bill to collections without even billing the insurance companies! Multiple phone calls, notes and time and still no responses yet.
