I’ve been here for a year now and it’s been amazing when they tell u the minimum miles for the week there not joking they definitely have the miles for u if u want to drive for real the maintenance department does his best to keep u rolling. Dispatch has loads already for u to accept once u finish the current load ur doin so if ur looking for a chance to make some serious money I definitely recommend u give them a call or fill out the job application hiring process is quick and easy
Stay away from this company, they edit your logs. Everyday you have to rush for pick ups or unloads. They dont believe the drivers need rest. They go against DOT requirements. They schedule your sleeper make u do spilts without you knowing cause of loads thats not organized. Poor communication skills, very far from been professional and thirsty for loads even if u dont have enough dot hours. HBM EXPRESS HAS GOOD COMMUNICATION AND GREAT PAY. I PLAN ON BEING HERE FOR AWHILE.
So far that I've been with them i have had great communication with dispatch and everyone else in the office. They run you as much as you want. Newer equipment. Excellent communication with info exchange.
