Very unprofessional service. They give false timelines for completing work. Originally told 2-3 weeks to complete their work. After 8 weeks we finally had a meeting and were told they had not even looked at information and instead of completing the work they were hired for, they then asked for additional irrelevant information to try and make it look like it was our fault the analysis was not completed. Terrible customer service. HBK prepared our taxes in the spring of 2023 and we noticed the communication was sub-par, but we tried to be understanding of the busy time of year. When we recently reached out for assistance with other tax inquiries (Nov 2023), we realized their service seems to be bad no matter what time of year.
