Very nice and seemingly knowledgeable estimator but didn’t get measurements needed on first visit. Requested a second visit several weeks later and when returned promised he would get back with estimate that week. THat is several phone calls and three weeks later, never even a cutesy call that the the two window and on slider project was beyond the scope or capability To HB could handle. Lost months of time. Frustrating and so unusual.
Fantastic customer service, communication & transparency. By far the best home services company I have worked with in a very long time.
They don't do screens anymore but they gave me the leftover material they had for free. Got my job done. Thank you.
