I literally called them to get service to move a car out of my paid parking spot. They told me that they’ll call me in five minutes and it’s been 20 to 35 minutes. Terrible response time.

Move out is in 2 days, it’s 2am an I’m moving 2 boxes downstairs, went upstairs for less than 5 minutes to bring the trolley down, my car is GONE. Phone inside, keys inside, everything. No note/notice for who took the car, on officer had to tell me it was even this company. And ofc they’re CLOSED. Wasn’t in a fire lane or anything. If I could give a below one star, I would. I called because a black Nissan was parked in my driveway and I could not get into my garage. I called them twice but disrespectfully dismissed my request. They said they would call me back but never did. Waited 3 hours. DO NOT USE THIS USELESS TOW COMPANY

Had my car wrongfully towed at my apartment complex. JAVIER, who I spoke with was incredibly disrespectful and rude, refused to be helpful and told me I could not speak with a manager or supervisor. They come to my complex every night looking for cars to tow including residents cars apparently even though we pay for parking. Will not give me my car back unless I pay $450. Javier is genuinely most disrespectful person I have spoken to ever in the tow business.

HORRIBLE COMPANY they don’t work on the weekends but they still tow on the weekends and charge you an additional $120 to “open the gate.” They are also contracted with the phoenix and they are very selective with what cars they tow.
