I'm just living life, notice a guy staring at me. Whatever I drive off doing my thing. Apparently he didn't like it because he followed me onto the highway and road raged trying to wreck me.. he kept saying that I'm mad my car got towed but I never have nor did I know that was an associate for a predatory tow company. I also filed a site inspection claim on BB website...hope it was worth chief

I called this towing company as they are contracted with my apartment complex for a tow for someone who was in my spot. the person who answered told me to call after 8 pm after I had already waited two hours for them thinking they were coming and they just stopped answering my calls after that. Guess they didn’t want the money. Hopefully we can get a better towing company for our complex.

This was not just bad service — it was straight-up abusive and unprofessional. The staff verbally abused me and then refused to release my car. I was told, “We don’t have time. We’ll give you your car when we come back — when we want.” That is unacceptable and intimidating behavior. They showed zero respect, zero urgency, and acted like they had complete control over my property with no accountability. Completely useless company. Unable to help when you actually really need help at your own building, despite their number being plastered all over the lot.

Towed my 17 yrs old daughter last night after she parked in a unmarked reserved parking. She was lefted with her 17 year old best friend which is also a girl at 10 pm at night in a desolate part of town, they begged to get they I'D he just sped off. They are not the business. They charged 460.00 for less than 2 hours.
