I got recommended from Vietnamese people in Florida, came to this place. My experience is horrible. They think they know what they’re doing, but they treat Customer like crap. Do not and never come to this place. no wonder it’s so cheap
After 17+ years of trusting Harri Basdeo with our personal and business taxes, today was the first time we left feeling disrespected. The office manager, Mattie, was extremely unprofessional and provided false information that caused Harri to drop us as clients immediately after finishing our taxes. Harri has always been an outstanding accountant, but the way this situation was handled by the office manager was offensive and completely unnecessary. Long‑time clients should never be treated this way.
