Extremely disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked for a test and traveled all the way from Revelstoke early in the morning specifically for it. Only a couple of hours before my appointment, I received a call saying it was cancelled because the staff member wasn’t feeling well. While I understand that things happen, giving such short notice is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional. I lost both time and money due to this cancellation. Booked in for a Drug and Alcohol test. Jessica was very pleasant and accommodating..unlike some of the other places in Kelowna. On top of that it was the fastest turn around time for results I’ve experienced. Thanks Haztech.

I was recently tested at this place and really appreciate them having later hours than most other places. I had the pleasure of being tested by Keenan, he was extremely friendly, personable, and made the experience so much better after I had a not so great experience with another testing company in town. Reception staff was also extremely nice, I highly recommend going here!
