It was ok, didn't go as well as I had hoped though. Len was great, quote was accurate and fair. Communication could have been better. The entire process required me to reach out several times to stay aware of arrival times and get estimates. Can this be automated? The packers were good minus using thin, dirty, and worn out moving blankets, which did not offer much protection on packed items. The time from pickup to drop-off was too long, 11 days.
