I think the other reviewer is confusing the reception area (which is for the medical clinic, primarily, with the weight loss clinic. When I went to the weight loss clinic after the first visit I simply went directly to the weight loss clinic and bypasses the reception altogether. And when I went to see my gp and had to go through reception I did not have any negative experience.
The staff and the doctor that I met are very racist, they don't know how to treat patients in good manner. they are so rude, I can't recommend anybody to go there . Upon my arrival the receptionist told me to sit and after she was looking at me as if I don't merit the service. Not even the so called doctor 🙄 until I left. They then run after me and asked to book another appointment. In situations like this who can do that? It's crazy and ridiculous 🙄. You just merit not to be there.
