I am sharing my experience to alert other parents to recurring safety and ratio concerns at this facility. During drop-off, I observed a single teacher alone with seven infants. The Washington state ratio is 1:4. During this time, I witnessed one infant being fed a bottle while lying flat on the floor and another infant left to feed themselves unattended in a chair. Make sure your kids have a court order in place so the non custodial parent CANNOT just go in and pick up your kids whenever they want! After two years of daycare for our littles they decide to advise the OTHER parent can come and pick up without notice! This is not safe for the children and the daycare staff is well aware. Caution!!!! Why is there a pick up list then?
11 months after leaving my initial review. I am still pleasantly pleased with the center and staff. It's always clean, there's always communication. He loves to tell me about all the things he's learned in the car ride home from school. Instead of telling me he doesn't want to go to school. He now asks is it a school day yet. I can’t say enough great things about this daycare and the staff. My two children attend here, and the care they receive is truly amazing. My daughter Nayeli is 5 and in the school age classroom with Colleen, and she absolutely loves it. Colleen is such a caring and attentive teacher. My younger child, Soulia, is 19 months and in Christina’s classroom. Christina is incredibly patient, nurturing, and engaging with the kids. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing Soulia is in such good hands.
