Haywood county tax collector for years now have billed me for property that I do not own and they refuse to remove it from my bill .they charge me without any proof of ownership and to the tax collector, how in the hell can I prove I don't own something when I don't have it? Sounds stupid don't it? I have had other property that I have given every proof they have asked for and showed without a shadow of doubt and they still will not remove it .they are bullies and a bunch of crooks
