I was a client of Samuel Hayward Sr. Paid my retainer fee, told I had a strong case for FMLA/Worker Discrimination. (Breast Cancer, Was on FMLA when my company said "come back to work or lose health care".) I told Sam Sr. and he said "you've got a case. ADA prohibits this behavior". In 2021, Mr. Samuel G. Hayward, Sr., was helping me with a developing defamation case, but due to health reasons had to discontinue and withdraw. At our initial consultation meeting, he had spent over an hour thoroughly evaluating my case in his office, and then we signed a proper contract that day. Sam tells u what u want to hear and does not do what he says. I have been. Client for over a year and a half and he does not follow thru on what he says he is going to do. Most of the time he will not call back and when he does he gives me a song and dance. Sam is a great guy, but a terrible lawyer in my opinion, he should be selling used cars instead of a lawyer ( again, this is my opinion). I am so frustrated with this man it is unbelievable.
