Great customer service, well trained staff. Very energetic atmosphere I will bring my children here again.
Been swimming there since 1982. Had contractions while swimming in the plunge the week before my first was born. Both children grew up swimming there and some nice birthday party memories. Still swim laps there-best pool ever, anywhere. Staff always friendly, generous, vigilant. Facilities, classes are superb. Doesn't get any better than this. LOVE The Hayward Plunge.
If old school style, dome covered pool. Good value
