This was so amazing! I had never been to a hair spa, but I will definitely be back. I feel so relaxed and my hair is so soft and clean.
I've never been to a Scalp spa before so wasn't sure exactly what to expect. It was easy to schedule my appointment through Vagaro and I received reminders and was able to quickly access and complete my paperwork ahead of time. The space was beautiful and calming and the experience was relaxing and informative. We got my daughter a hair package for her birthday. Bethany treated her great and was very informative about products that could be beneficial. She said she loved it. The Spa was welcoming and the ambiance was just as we expected to be - very relaxing. The price was reasonable for the services that were delivered.
I rarely leave reviews but for what I just spent the whole process was nothing at all what I expected. And seemed not quite there on professionalism and just how she handled everything. I personally have had many massages and spa treatments and this was subpar. I paid $130 for the 60 min treatment for my teen daughter for part of her birthday-who recieved maybe 40 min.
