I rarely leave reviews but for what I just spent the whole process was nothing at all what I expected. And seemed not quite there on professionalism and just how she handled everything. I personally have had many massages and spa treatments and this was subpar. I paid $130 for the 60 min treatment for my teen daughter for part of her birthday-who recieved maybe 40 min. The first thing she said was “wow that didn’t feel like an hour”. A few minutes would be different. It’s located in these rooms that are surrounded by other b... read more

Hayur is so relaxing … My hair spa experience was very enjoyable, thanks to Bethany. Look forward to my next visit!

2.75 Stars Overall: My friend and I both did the Hayur Scalp Spa and left feeling less than impressed (at least for the cost). If you don't often get away and have some "you" time, there is relaxation to be had with this experience and my hair feels nice and soft. Bethany was extremely kind and sweet. I was so excited for my scalp and hair treatment with facial but the entire experience left something to be desired. Everything felt a little less than professional with items continuously knocked over and extreme pressure used in all aspects of the treatment, never checking in on the amount of pressure. The facial was a rapid fire of what felt like 15 products being applied. When I was done there was no brush or comb available to tame my rats nest and when I went to the bathroom there were dried poop streaks in the toilet. ... read more

Not worth the price. I love to have my hair and scalp pampered. This experience had very little professionalism from people skills or spa expertise. I felt the person didn’t know what to do so she did the same couple of things multiple times. Worth maybe $30 to me. I could have received 3 full massages for the price of this. So so disappointed. Go get a massage instead. I gave 2 stars because my hair and scalp did receive attention but the whole experience was lacking in value.
