Extremely disappointed with our experience. Visited Hayters on a chilly windy winter’s day to buy a few thousand dollars worth of indoor and outdoor tiles and was met by the most unhelpful individual. He said people are crazy to be out weather looking for tiles. Obviously upset him and his cosy warm office. We then went to Beaumonts Mittagong and purchased exactly the tiles we wanted. I’ve been met with this type of reception from Hayters before. They’re very smug. Will never go back.
Disappointing Experience I had a custom letterbox post made by the Workshop. I provided a photo of what I wanted and it was nothing like the photo. I was told they would remake the post and made me wait another week for it to be made. I think it should have been completed straight away as I had already waited a week for it. When we went back to pick the post up it was very wet. The post needed quite a bit of sanding, and we had to wait weeks for it to dry before we could install and paint it.
