Great option to get some firewood as these guys are local to me but the reason for the 1 is the how they mix their timber. Too much yellow box and not enough red. They have miles of the red but only seem to mix little bits through their piles. Disappointing! Maybe offer an option to pay a little more for more red box. Seems to be all about squeezing what you can out of customers. Shame and once I got the timber home and started burning it, it was even more disappointing. It's burns terrible.
They are very attentive and determined to help you. The receptionist Lauren is very kind. All the wood is top quality! Congratulations to this company.

Don't waste your time or money on the firewood... over the past three years it's not even close to being seasoned.
