Acupuncture has been a Godsend and has absolutely changed my life... Carrie listens intently and is so thorough... You can tell she's a caring, compassionate doctor...". After just one treatment I could not believe the difference. Not only was my pain significantly reduced, my stress level dropped and I began to sleep much better... after 4 treatments the restless leg spasms & lower back pain were completely gone. After severely breaking my leg in June. I was still having trouble walking, and it was quite painful after doing the acupuncture for the last couple of months My leg is much less painful. The muscles are moving free and the tendons that were tight are going back to normal.

I was so excited when Haystack opened in North Plains. I'm not new to the benefits of acupuncture, but hadn't had regular treatments in a few years. So when Haystack opened, I was super thrilled to have a clinic so close to home. Haystack has become a huge part of my regular health and self care. Currently Carrie is treating me for sugar cravings and it's working well. Though I still love sugar, I find I'm craving it less. Carrie and team are great listeners and always care about your well being. The acupuncture treatments have been an integral part of resolving my muscle tightness issue. Also, the sauna experience was great too, so much so, we ended up purchasing one due to all the health benefits. I highly recommend Haystack Acupuncture!
