Fantastic Experience! I had the most helpful person for changing my car registration to Hays County. I did not get her name but she was fantastic and deserves a raise. I was there between 3:30-4ishpm on 7/31/25 a Thursday afternoon. I hope the manager or whoever reads this will share it with her. Many Blessings to you All!
Simply the best and easiest experience. The staffs are always trying to help and the wait time is reasonable and quick. I was in and out for 20 mins and got my things done!
Called three different days, no answer. Terribly understaffed and would like to know who is in charge.
