Very convenient very little wait and very nice kind customer service
I called to see if they are open as they are supposed to be. After waiting for a one minute outgoing message about all sorts of nonsense, I waited on the line and it rang 58 times and then the automated system said they are experiencing "higher than usual call volumes" so call some other time, then it hung up on me.. This is what I am paying a fortune for in county services. I will be leaving Hays County and I hope a family of Californians moves in.
I wasted an hour of my day today to drive to and from this county office today. The sign read “out to lunch and back at 1pm.” This is unacceptable. Nowhere is there a lunch hour posted. Staff should work in shifts to serve the people of Hays county and to be available during regular business hours.
