Don't get any hurry when you go there to do anything
I have been coming to the Hays County Tax Office Substation for several years. In the past, the staff were very respectful and helpful. About two years ago, I even met with the supervisor, and he was a very nice and professional person. Unfortunately, recently the service has changed a lot. The level of respect and customer service is not the same anymore. It feels like day by day the service is becoming more unfriendly and less helpful to the public.
