They never returned phone call nor responded to an email inquiring about scheduling an appointment. Received automatic email response stating someone would contact me within 24 hrs. It has been 6 days, no response. Poor service
I am nearing the end of PT for detached meniscus. Nikki was with me all through pre-hab and post-op. This was my fourth knee surgery. I wish that I had Nikki for PT for the first three. She celebrated the successes, knew when a bad day crept in (and they do) and she understood how to manage me as a patient on that bad day. My PT success was achieved with the encouragement and guidance of Nikki. The Teresa, Kaitlyn, Larika are excellent and on their game at all times.
