Alex was incredibly patient with us, showing us multiple options to meet our needs. He told us the pros and cons of each umbrella and how they functioned. He was so easy to talk to and understood our needs. He not only sold us a floor model and told us how to assemble, but took it down and loaded it in our vehicle. He sent us a video on the product and then the next day took the time to call and see if we had difficulty setting the umbrella up or had questions. We had a great experience with Les Jardins! The crew there from owner, salesperson to the delivery people were amazing. They only wanted to make everything be perfect for us. Their outdoor furniture is super comfortable and practical! Would do it all again! Thank you.
This place is EXCELLENT. Alex helped me find the items I needed in the budget I had. He followed up the next day by phone and they delivered the following day. Nobody does this. Not like this. I’m a customer for life.
I bought outdoor solar lighting and a small end table. The staff was very helpful and it was all easy to set up. The lights look gorgeous in my yard and I am so happy I found this place.
