Absolutely fantastic service! I had travelled 5 hours (in my car) to Cornwall for a few days cycling break - started riding my first day and popped a spoke and was saved by the very swift, knowledgeable and helpful service here! Luckily rather than being left stranded my bike was fixed within an hour whilst i had a fantastic coffee at Fletchers!! Thanks so much again, Rich!

I stopped at Hayle Cycles yesterday lunchtime with a rear disc brake issue. Ashley was more than helpful and immediately helped me to get back on the road asap, as I had to get down to Land’s End. This friendly and knowledgeable service was exactly what I needed, so I really appreciate the help and attitude. A big thank you!

Starting out on LEJOG, I was a bit worried about my brake pads. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful – he checked them over, reassured me everything was fine, and even wished me the best of luck for the ride. A really friendly and genuine experience. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area.
