Do not recommend at all. Most of the staff with the exception of a few great ones act like they completely hate their jobs. They do not follow policy and procedure. They mishandle the kids, they yell at them, they let kids run around with other peoples shoes in their mouth, never wash hands or clean toys and the rooms smell like garbage. My daughter has been in the infant room for almost six months and the infant room team could not be any better (shout out to Ms. Brenda & Ms. Teineke & all the other support staff)! I drop her off knowing that my child is in the best care! As a first-time mom who had TONS of questions/concerns the first few weeks, they took everything I said and applied it and worked with me on getting her adjusted which made the transition back to work 10x easier! My son is in the infant room here and we love it! All the teachers are amazing and are always very friendly, saying hello and goodbye to my son even if they don’t teach him directly. Would love a more updated sign in process, maybe a tablet instead of the current paper system, but that might just be a Kindercare rule and has nothing to do with this particular center. We definitely recommend this center!

I would not trust this place transporting children anywhere. Every single morning while walking with my son the KinderCare bus comes speeding down the road (Westgrove Rd to be exact) and will come so close to us that we will have to run up in someone’s yard with the fear of being hit! This is an every morning occurrence of this bus FLYING down a 25 mph neighborhood road, and driving all over the place (Well OVER 25 mph.) This center is absolutely AMAZING. I love it!! We could not be more happier to be apart of the kindercare community. The teachers are amazing in the infant room. Thank you Ms.Teknike as well very informative and sweet.
