I worked at Hayes for 4 years in the dietary department everyone love me there but when my health started to decline they did not appreciate my stand-up work ethic everyone that noticed me told me how hard of a worker I was I stepped up when the whole dietary staff was fired I picked up 12-hour shifts they did not show no appreciation they don't recognize their employees 👎🏾 not a good work place if u are trying to progress within the company
I am currently at hayes residence and the facility is unkept and so old, it smells of pee everywhere. The nurses are so un professional they leave people medicine on top of the medication cart and leaving the med cart opened and going about their busy. which they are breaking HIPPA. The nurses touch people medicine and they don't like to be corrected when they mess up on your medication. The site says nursing skilled me but it ain't at all. Spoke with admissions about my mother-in-law's housing, very attentive with website provided to locate facilities across the metro. She offered additional help if we get stuck in the process.
