As a customer, I've experienced nothing but rude, unprofessional, and untimely service with Hayes on multiple occasions. On one such occasion, I was supposed to get a delivery between 4-6 am. I called several times after I had not received my delivery after 6 am, and they kept saying "it's coming soon," or "driver is on the way." Then, when I called back at 10 am, they said "the driver is at the rack getting loaded." There's no loyalty with them. Never have their driver's back on anything. They charge you for everything. Make sure you look over your check stubs for deductions.They install tracking devices on the owner operator trucks and not they trailers then turn around and charge the operator's for it. They hold loads for certain drivers. They call and harras you about every little thing. Company straight trash!!!!!!!! Also, they write in what the load pays.
