One star because no stars isn't an option. Unscrupulous and not to be trusted! My wife and I had Mr Hayes produce a black and white photo of us wearing black turtlenecks. This was displayed at our wedding reception and signed by all the guests. It was an idea that my wife had. Mr Hayes asked if he could borrow this to use as a display in one of his shows.
