If you have happened upon Hayes Connor it is likely through Google. Anyone can pay for questionable marketing and manipulate algorythms. More proffesional and repitable firms can be found without much effort. These seem to be a discourteous bunch of ambilance chasers and everyone should be advised to look elsewhere

Handling a data breach claim from before the pandemic. Understand these things take time, but the updates went from frequent to every few months to literally over a year since hearing anything. I wouldn't mind if I hadn't tried to email for updates but nothing back. Considering they're handling people who have had sensitive information breached, you would hope they'd be a bit more nurturing in their client management.
