We have a 10 year old couch and loveseat. They are in great shape. The pets chewed a cord for the power recliner and Jamal went above and beyond to help find replacements. Great customer service and great quality.

I wish I could have bought here! Salesman knew his business, quality and customisation were top-notch! We went to 6 stores today and Hayek's had the BEST TRIPLE POWER RECLINER I HAVE EVER TRIED! Independent head foot and lumbar support and zero gravity recline. You can make this thing fit ANYBODY'S body. In other circumstances I would have bought it, but alas, not in the budget.

They can not be trusted. I told them not to order the shorter cushion. The ordered the short cushion. Sofa was never comfortable. They would not work with me to return the sofa . I wasted $4,000 dollars.

I had a great experience, and I would highly recommend Hayek’s if you’re in the market for leather furniture. Jamal, the manager, was incredibly helpful. He guided us through our options, worked with us on pricing, and made the whole process easy. We picked up a few pieces of furniture, and the quality is excellent across the board. Delivery was quick and seamless.
