We've worked with Hayden's Tax Services for more than 40 years and they've always been excellent. Their tax planning service has been particularly helpful to me recently. Kathy and Julie provided education on the tax (and potential tax) ramifications for our retirement savings, and they showed us a variety of options for managing our IRA conversion. Kathy Hayden takes her time to explain everything. She answers all of my questions and treats me with respect. She does an amazing job of completing my tax forms quickly and accurately. When my in-laws passed away, she was the first person I called to help us understand the paperwork. I highly recommend Hayden’s tax service!.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. We had been going here for years and then all of a sudden they decided to charge us double the price of the previous year. Not to mention the fact that our taxes got messed up and then they tried to charge us even more for a correction. The price estimate for this year went up even higher. There is no way I'll ever be back and would NEVER trust them with my taxes.
Great experience! I was walked through the entire process and they made sure I had all my documents submitted to their secure portal, even ones I had forgotten that I had received earlier in the year! It was very easy and painless. The Hayden's Tax Service team was very professional and helped me through every aspect of the process and I am very happy with the refund the government owes me! I will definitely be using Hayden's Tax Services every year for my returns!
