Got me in for treatment fast, knowledgeable and personable staff, wonderful facility.
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be tenderized like a cheap steak — boy, do I have the place for you. My physical therapist introduced me to something called “Graston scraping,” which sounds innocent enough… until that metal tool comes out and you realize you’re about to pay money for medieval torture. Each session is like a surprise party where the surprise is pain and the party favors are bruises. I have two stars because I liked the PT. I won’t go back because I cannot handle the front desk female who has a serious superiority complex. Compensating for ? Not sure but the woman is so OVER THE TOP!! I’ve been in the military 20 years and I pay attention to details and make sure things are correct but some admin file? She’s asked me several times to correct paperwork I did checking in from ‘spell your first name out’ to put a dot here…to I need you too….on and on. I do not recommend this business. The PT I saw, Collin Zimmerman, did not listen to me at all. He dismissed my pain levels, told me nothing was physically wrong with my foot, and a later urgent care visit confirmed there was in fact a problem. He came in with a “you wouldn’t be sick if you worked harder” mindset, which is extremely harmful for people with fibromyalgia, EDS, and other conditions involving invisible pain. Collin did not consider my history, brushed off symptoms, and clearly only had textbook knowledge of EDS. ... read more
