If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to be tenderized like a cheap steak — boy, do I have the place for you. My physical therapist introduced me to something called “Graston scraping,” which sounds innocent enough… until that metal tool comes out and you realize you’re about to pay money for medieval torture. Each session is like a surprise party where the surprise is pain and the party favors are bruises.
