We are so excited to move my mom into Hayden Grove! Compared to the other facilities we toured Hayden Grove stood out being so bright and vibrant! We first met with Erin who was very empathetic to our situation, having moved a loved one herself. Shelley has been incredibly helpful during the touring and signing process, willing to go above and beyond to answer any question, big or small. Hayden Grove was the fourth facility. I toured in one month. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted warmly and Shelley invited me into the conference room so she could talk to me about what I was looking for in a senior living community. I felt at home right away. I had lived in Northeast Minneapolis most of my married life and it felt like I was coming home. My Mom has been at HG (how I refer to Hayden Grove) for two years now. She loves it which means I love it. Her unit is the perfect size for her and there are lots of activities to participate in. The other residents are friendly and helpful.
Shelley was very comfortable to visit with, friendly, and knowledgeable of services and options at Hayden Grove. She listened well to our questions and answered them effectively. She is pleasant, positive and is truly effective in presenting Hayden Grove to prospective residents.
Stopped by Hayden Grove in St. Anthony to learn more about their continuum of care. Shelley gave us a tour and answered all our questions.
