Excellent service. Came in with out a booking for a puncture repair, they did it on the spot, fortunately they had a gap. They also tightend the chain and lubricated it. Will be back. Cheers Hayball.
Really helpful group of staff, if they can't help or advise with an answer, they seek the advice of someone in the team that can. My family has purchased a couple of bikes from Graham now, he is always enthusiastic and happy to help, and doesn't pressure you for a sale, he wants to make sure your happy with what your getting. They're normally good but I took my bike in asking them to fix a specific problem with a frame linkage pinch bolt not clamping on to the pivot shaft. Two and a half weeks later they tell me it needs a full set of bearings which wouldn't address the specific problem it was taken in for. They said they could contact the manufacturer for advice but I don't want to wait another couple weeks so took the bike to another shop where the mechanic immediately understood the problem and explained the fix. Took my daughters new e bike into Graeme and Will as there was a fault only a few hours after receiving it. Even though the bike wasn't brought from them they couldn't do enough for us. They were happy to look at it and diagnose it and then liaise with the company to repair it. Even though there was a incredibly long wait from the company for the part, Hayballs kept the bike with them until the part was received.
