I ordered two sets of youth spurs on October 14. It is November 30 and I still have not received the spurs or a confirmation number. I have emailed and messaged the store and received one reply back saying they were waiting for one set. Both sets are still listed on the website as being in stock.
They didn't have the item I ordered in stock, but we're super helpful in searching out the product elsewhere. Definitely went above and beyond!
I ordered a saddle online from this store. I never got an email confirmation, so I was worried it was a scam because it was a great deal, almost $80 cheaper than any other site. I emailed the owner and she said they got my order and would send me a shipping confirmation. I never got the shipping confirmation, but about a week later I did get my saddle, so this is a real store, and you will probably get your stuff, but it may be stressful. Saddle was delivered in beautiful shape. No issues with the actual product.
